Here you can request donation confirmations for tax purposes. You are strongly advised to consult the tax deductibility of your contributions to VAKOVAKO with your tax advisor.

Tax receipt forms are a reflection of applicable EU directives found in Czech legislation, including the Accounting Act, VAT Act and other regulations.

Once you have provided the required personal information listed below, VAKOVAKO will send you an electronic confirmation of your donation for tax return purposes.

You can find your User ID in the VAKOVAKO app in the Profile section. If you don't have the app, download it or leave this field blank in the form and fill in the email address you used to make your donation.
